To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened and in the original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please email us and provide your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipping:
Since we are a very small shop, customers are currently responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received, defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within seven (7) days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Restocking Fee:
