Digital Delivery Policy

Sungy Side Up sells digital products. No physical item will be mailed or shipped.

How delivery works

After payment is successfully processed, access is typically provided through the order confirmation page, an email sent to the address used at checkout, or both. Delivery may be delayed while a payment or order is reviewed for security or fraud prevention.

Your email address

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate email address at checkout. Check your spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders if the delivery email does not arrive.

Download access

Download links may be subject to the access period or download limit displayed in the product listing, order confirmation, or delivery email. Save a backup copy of your purchased files after downloading them. Do not share the files or access link with anyone except a permitted employee, contractor, or production vendor working only for the licensed business under the Template License.

Problems accessing an order

Email sarah@sungysideup.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will verify the order and help restore access when reasonably possible.

Software and third-party services

Each product listing identifies the file formats and intended software. Any required third-party software, account, subscription, font, printing service, or production cost is not included unless the listing expressly says otherwise. Third-party products and services are governed by their own terms and availability.

Updates

Your purchase includes the version described and delivered at the time of purchase. Future updates, new formats, or redesigned versions are included only when the product listing expressly states that they are included.
