1. What types of products do you offer?
We create editable packaging and marketing templates for product-based businesses. Our collection includes labels, packaging inserts, stickers, business cards, tags, branded collateral, illustrations, and coordinated template sets.
2. Are these physical products?
No. All products are digital downloads. Nothing will be printed or shipped to you unless a product listing specifically says otherwise.
3. How will I receive my purchase?
After checkout, your files or access instructions will typically be available on the order-confirmation page and sent to the email address used at checkout. Be sure to enter your email address correctly and check your spam or promotions folder.
4. What programs do I need?
Software requirements vary by product. Depending on the template, you may need Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or another program listed in the product description. Please review the listing before purchasing to make sure you have the correct software.

5. What can I customize?
Editable elements vary by product but may include text, colors, fonts, illustrations, and other design details. Each product listing explains what can be changed and which file formats are included.
6. Do I need design experience?
You don’t need to be a professional designer. Canva templates are created to be approachable for beginners, while Illustrator files may be better suited to customers familiar with Adobe software. Instructions are included when needed.

7. Are fonts included?
Font files are generally not included because they are licensed by their respective creators. The product listing or instructions will identify the fonts used and where you can access or download them. Some fonts or design features may require a paid third-party subscription.
8. Can I print the designs myself?
Yes. You can print your finished designs at home, through a local printer, or with an online printing company. Always check your printer’s file, size, bleed, color, and cutting requirements before submitting your order.
9. Can I use the templates for my business?
Yes. Your purchase includes a standard template license for one business or brand. You may customize the templates and produce as many finished materials as your business needs.
You may not resell, share, distribute, or give others access to the editable templates, source files, or download links. Read the complete Standard Template License for additional details.
10. Can I use the templates for client projects?
The standard license does not include client, agency, or multi-business use. A separate purchase is required for each business or brand. Please email sarah@sungysideup.com before purchasing if you need an extended, client, agency, or multi-brand license.
11. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because digital products are delivered shortly after purchase, all sales are final once the files or access link have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where otherwise required by law.

12. What should I do if I can’t find or open my files?
First, check the email address used at checkout and look in your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot access your purchase, email sarah@sungysideup.com with your order number and a brief description or screenshot of the issue.
13. Will my printed colors look exactly like the colors on my screen?
Printed colors may look slightly different because screens, printers, inks, papers, and other materials reproduce color differently. We recommend making a test print before placing a large production order.
14. Do you offer customization or custom design work?
We currently do not offer customization at the moment. If you need assistance with one of our products, please reach out to us, and we'll help you as best as we can.
