Sungy Side Up is committed to making sungysideup.com and its digital shopping experience accessible to as many people as possible. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as an ongoing target.

Our ongoing work

We work to improve:
• keyboard navigation and visible focus states;
• heading structure, link purpose, and form labels;
• text contrast, readable type, and responsive layouts;
• alternative text for meaningful images;
• clear error messages and checkout instructions; and
• compatibility with common assistive technologies.

Third-party services and files

Some parts of the experience are provided by Shopify or other third-party services. Purchased templates may also be used through third-party software. We do not control every accessibility feature of those services, but we welcome reports about barriers and will look for a reasonable way to help.

We will review the issue and work toward an accessible alternative or correction when reasonably possible.
