Eligibility

To be eligible for a wholesale account with Sungy Side Up, you must operate a retail store, either brick-and-mortar or online, and have a valid business license or resale certificate.

Payment Terms

• All orders must be prepaid. We accept major credit cards
• Net 30 terms may be offered to approved accounts after the initial order.

Pricing

• All prices are listed in US dollars.
• Wholesale pricing will be reflected after using your specific discount code at checkout.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. We will notify you of any price changes before processing your order.

Shipping

• We currently offer free shipping for our U.S. retailers.
• Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified.
• International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes.

Damages and Defects

• Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
• Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order to report damages or defects.
• We will replace damaged or defective items at no cost.

Returns and Exchanges

• Returns are not accepted unless products are damaged or defective.
• For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 5 business days for a return authorization.

Exclusivity

We do not offer exclusivity agreements. Multiple retailers in the same area may carry our products.

Intellectual Property

All Sungy Side Up designs, images, and content are the intellectual property of Sungy Side Up. Feel free to use our product photos to help promote our products in your shop either on your website or social media channels. Use or reproduction of any content outside of these purposes is prohibited without our written permission.

Termination

Sungy Side Up reserves the right to terminate wholesale accounts at any time for violations of these terms and conditions.

Confidentiality

All wholesale pricing and terms are confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties.

Marketing and Promotion

Retailers are encouraged to use Sungy Side Up's promotional materials in their marketing efforts. Please credit Sungy Side Up in all marketing and promotional materials.

Amendments

Sungy Side Up reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Retailers will be notified of any changes.
